At Watches of Switzerland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your timepiece, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid, insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package to ensure your luxury item is protected during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
