The dial is sun-brushed PVD chrome colour ceramic and features a laser-engraved wavepattern with a date window at 6 o’clock. The skeleton hands and raised indexes are rhodium-plated and are filled with white Super-LumiNova, while the helium escape valve has been given a new, more practical, conical design. The watch is paired with a bluerubber strap and is powered by OMEGA’s Master Chronometer Calibre 8800 movement, officially certified by METAS to withstandmagnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. The wave-edged caseback houses a sapphire crystal for viewing this incredible movement.
